Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Lead Crew Member to join our landscaping team. The Lead Crew Member will help oversee daily field operations, lead a small landscaping crew, maintain high-quality work standards, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. On occasion you will drive the truck and trailer when the Supervisor is not present.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can motivate a team while still being able to work alongside them.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of landscaping or lawn-care experience preferred.
• Previous crew-lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of basic landscape maintenance and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable driving a truck and trailer.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
