Motorsports of Melbourne has an immediate opening for a Fit Specialist/ Sales Person to join our growing team! We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, energetic and results oriented.
If you are looking to do something different, where you arein charge of your income potential, this is the job for you! We will train you on the product and thesales process. Prior experience is notnecessary.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Consult guests on the Harley-Davidson brand andproduct
• Understands needs and wants for their next Harley-Davidson
• Fit customers on the right Harley-Davidson
Position Requirements:
• Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.
• Approachable, likable, and enthusiastic personality. Abilityto get along with a broad customer base.
• Must have a high level of energy, self-motivated, positive, driven, and possessthe desire to help customers.
• Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community.
• Valid driverâ€'s license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of Harley-Davidson motorcycles andother products sold by the dealership,desirable.
Physical Demands:
• Requires the use of both hands.
• Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift upto 25lbs
Working Conditions:
• The noise level in the work environment isusually loud.
• Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborneparticles.
• Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
