Job description

The Opportunity:
ML6 has partnered with a leading manufacturing organization in their search for a Sales Representative to join their Contract Packaging division. This role will focus on driving new business development while managing and expanding existing accounts across the New England area. It represents a strong career opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop new business opportunities within the contract packaging market, driving long- term, profitable growth.
  • Manage, nurture, and retain existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to position solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and customized packaging solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-10 years of B2B or industrial sales experience at the corporate level, preferably with packaging or manufacturing industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development, account management, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and customer retention skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
