Milklab in Southpoint Mall Durham, NC is looking for one barista to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 6910 Fayetteville Rd Space# 1860. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Full Time / Part Time

MILKLAB is looking for motivated people that have a passion for tea and handcrafted ice cream. Our mission is to bring our community high grade quality tea while providing a memorable experience. We’re looking for fun individuals who take pride in quality, service, art, atmosphere and want to grow with a company that focuses on a team environment. This position will require a flexible schedule. Open availability is preferred. We are looking forward to having you join us!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greeting and providing superb service to our patrons and your team
  • Preparing a wide range milk tea and beverages for our customers to enjoy
  • Performing with integrity and honesty that promote the values at MILKLAB
  • Demonstrating proficiency in MILKLAB recipes while retaining a drive for quality 
  • Following our operational Policies and Procedures, safety and security
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment which may include cleaning tasks such as: cleaning equipment, mopping, dish washing and taking out the trash etc.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent background.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Basic retention of knowledge and studying skills.
