Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a collaborative and patient-centered environment with access to world-class resources.**About the Practice*** Join a robust, growing practice of 9 **Endocrinologists** and **1 Physician Assistant.*** Provide comprehensive endocrine services including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, osteoporosis, and metabolic bone disease management.* Opportunities for sub-specialization and clinical focus areas within Endocrinology.* Collaborative team environment with access to on-site diabetes education, nutrition, and endocrine testing services.* Inpatient endocrine consults supported by the group on a rotating schedule.* Opportunities for sub-specialization and clinical focus areas within Endocrinology, including optional participation in the Transgender Health Program.**Qualifications*** MD or DO degree, with completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship.* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.* Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.* Strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate, and inclusive patient care.* H1B visa candidates accepted.About Salem HospitalSalem Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham, is the largest community hospital on the North Shore.
