Job description
METYCLE is seeking a seasoned Head of Trading Execution & Operations in Tulsa, OK to own physical and derivative hedging, pricing and risk controls across non-ferrous metals. You will build the execution model, governance framework and a scaling team to protect trading P&L and cash flows.
You will lead cross-functional collaboration with traders, finance, risk, banks and logistics, and drive CTRM rollout while shaping a high-performance, compliant operations culture.
