Position Summary
The Bilingual Recruiter plays a critical role in driving high-volume hiring across multiple warehouse and logistics sites. This role requires Spanish/English fluency, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel with short notice to support urgent staffing needs, job fairs, and onsite hiring events. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines, and ensure compliance across diverse regions.

Position Summary

This role requires Spanish/English fluency, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel with short notice to support urgent staffing needs, job fairs, and onsite hiring events. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines, and ensure compliance across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
- High-volume hiring - Source and hire large applicant pools for warehouse, logistics, and support roles.
- ATS management - Track applicant progress, maintain organized candidate records, and ensure data accuracy.
- Talent sourcing - Engage candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and community outreach.
- Hiring manager partnership - Build strong relationships to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.
- Compliance - Conduct employment law checks and ensure all recruiting activities meet federal, state, and regional labor regulations.
- Travel support - Travel to sites with 24-72 hours' notice for ramp-ups, orientations, and hiring events.
- Internal recruiting initiatives - Support internal mobility, promotions, and cross-department staffing needs.
- Candidate experience - Provide bilingual communication and support throughout the hiring process.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Must be able to travel frequently, sometimes with short notice.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of employment and labor law across multiple regions.
- Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with talent sourcing, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Ability to stand, walk, and support onsite hiring events for extended periods.
