We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Procurement & Supplier Development Specialist to join our growing retail team. This role combines procurement, supplier negotiations, product sourcing, and business development responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new suppliers, negotiating pricing and payment terms, sourcing grocery and retail products, onboarding new SKU, and supporting category expansion for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop relationships with new suppliers and distributors
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements
• Identify strategic purchasing opportunities and closeout deals
• Launch new SKU into company systems and retail assortment
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and product documentation
• Analyze competitor pricing and market trends
• Support category development and store openings
• Maintain communication with suppliers and internal teams
