Chief Operating Partner — Private Principal Office

Palm Beach, FL | Up to 50% travel (Middle East & international)

A Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) principal — a highly accomplished entrepreneur and public figure — is seeking a Chief Operating Partner to serve as strategic right hand across business, investment, and personal operations. This is not an executive assistant or coordinator role — we're looking for someone who has already operated at the top of an organization and is ready to bring that experience to a single, high-impact principal.

What this role is:

• Strategic and operational partner across multiple ventures, investments, and initiatives
• High-level project ownership — you drive outcomes, not just calendars
• Regular travel (up to 50%) including the Middle East and other international destinations, often alongside the principal
• Presence in high-level meetings with investors, partners, and influential figures — sitting in the room, taking sharp notes, and reporting back clearly so the principal can make fast, informed decisions
• A trusted advisor with real decision-making latitude

What we're looking for:

• Prior experience as a COO, VP of Operations, General Manager, or senior Chief of Staff to a CEO, founder, or UHNW principal
• Top-tier or Ivy League education
• A track record of running teams, budgets, or business units — not just supporting someone who did
• Prior UHNW exposure strongly preferred — comfortable operating around wealth, influence, and high-stakes rooms without missing a beat
• Polished, low-ego presence around high-profile and influential people — you represent the principal well in any setting
• Sharp, concise communicator — able to distill a meeting into what actually matters for the principal to decide
• Passport ready and genuinely comfortable with frequent international travel
• Discretion is assumed, not stated — you already know how to operate around confidentiality

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $200K base, commensurate with experience
