We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers and Laborers to join our crew. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with forming, placing, and finishing concrete for flat work and curbs. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable company on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and align concrete forms for sidewalks, driveways, slabs, and curbs
• Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces using a variety of hand and power tools
• Smooth and texture surfaces, apply curing materials
• Follow project plans, site specifications, and safety protocols
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment
• Work efficiently as part of a team and take direction from supervisors

Requirements:

• Must have experience in concrete finishing or labor
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Knowledge of concrete mixing, curing, and finishing techniques is preferred
