Job Title: Concierge Senior Living


Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team in a Senior Living community. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working with seniors.


Responsibilities:

- Greet residents and guests in a warm and welcoming manner

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

- Assist residents with requests such as scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and making reservations

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Monitor and ensure the safety and security of the community

- Provide tours of the community to potential residents and their families

- Assist with planning and coordinating community events and activities

- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with residents, families, and staff members


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
