Join Our Team as a Manager at Premium Matcha Café Maiko – Charlotte Location!

Are you passionate about leadership and love the idea of working in a vibrant café environment? Manmehar LLC, proud owner of the Charlotte location of Premium Matcha Café Maiko, is looking for a motivated and dedicated Manager to join our team.

With more than four years of experience in this business, we’ve been serving up premium matcha treats to our community, and now we’re looking for someone to help us take our café to the next level!

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our café. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations to maintain our high-quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with beverage preparation (Matcha, Espresso & Specialty drinks).
• Basic Food Prep or Kitchen experience required
• Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Managing inventory and ensuring the café is always stocked with the finest ingredients.
• Handling scheduling and ensuring shifts are adequately staffed.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for both staff and customers.
• Collaborating with the owners to implement new ideas and strategies to grow the business.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Manager who is ready to make an impact and grow with us. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to multitask and handle the fast-paced nature of a café environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Preferred age between 30-40 years with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Nice to Have.....

- Experience working in a Franchise or branded Cafe concept

- Experience on POS system (Clover / Toast / Square) & Payroll (at ADP / Homebase) or similar
