Location: Boothwyn, PA (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid

Please Note: This is a hybrid position based out of our Boothwyn, PA office. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Boothwyn, PA (19061).

Position Summary

The IT Support Specialist provides first- and second-level technical support for employees across multiple branch locations. This position is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, Microsoft technologies, business applications, printers, and network-related issues while partnering with third-party vendors to resolve more complex technical challenges.

This role also supports IT infrastructure projects, new acquisitions, hardware lifecycle management, and technology deployments that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Essential Job ResponsibilitiesEnd User Support
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and related hardware.
  • Respond to Help Desk tickets, phone calls, emails, and walk-up support requests in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, networking, and connectivity issues.
  • Escalate advanced technical issues to vendors or senior IT team members as appropriate.
  • Communicate status updates and resolutions clearly to end users.
Technology Administration
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and enterprise business applications.
  • Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts for new hires.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Support VoIP phone systems and conference room audiovisual equipment.
  • Provide Tier II support for ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, ADP, and other enterprise applications.
  • Support Android and iOS mobile devices and endpoint management solutions.
IT Operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory of computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and other IT assets.
  • Coordinate hardware deployments, replacements, warranty repairs, and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and best practices.
Project Support
  • Assist with system upgrades, software deployments, and technology rollouts.
  • Support branch onboarding and acquisition integrations.
  • Research new hardware and software solutions and provide recommendations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that standardize technology across the organization.
QualificationsRequired
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2–5 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience supporting desktop hardware, printers, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel occasionally to branch locations.
Preferred
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar IT certifications.
  • Experience supporting ServiceTitan, Sage Intacct, ADP, or similar ERP/business applications.
  • Experience supporting multi-location organizations.
  • Residential home services or field service industry experience.
  • Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Azure experience.
  • Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot experience.
  • Experience with Egnyte file sharing and collaboration platform.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 administration.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking.
  • Experience with endpoint management and device security.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, or FedRAMP.
  • IT certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, SC-100, CISSP, ITIL, or equivalent are a plus.

Working Conditions
  • Hybrid schedule based out of Boothwyn, PA (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).
  • Professional office environment with occasional travel to branch locations.
  • Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds of computer equipment and peripherals as needed.
