Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Standards: Conduct continuous training for all host staff, focusing on in-person greetings, phone etiquette, and effective floor management to uphold MAGO's high service standards.
- Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive, creating a friendly first impression that captures the essence of MAGO.
- Table Management: Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while ensuring a comfortable dining experience for all guests.
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests, addressing inquiries about the menu and restaurant, resolving concerns, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a professional appearance that reflects MAGO's image, adhering to uniform and grooming standards.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Crisis Management: Handle guest complaints with professionalism, actively seeking solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
