Job Title: Practice Manager / Office Manager
Location: Houston and Pearland TX
Practice: Maeville Pediatrics Private Pediatric Practice
About Us:
Maeville Pediatrics is a busy, family-centered pediatric practice caring for babies through teens. We are dedicated to exceptional patient care and a positive office culture.
The Role:
We are seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented Practice Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our practice and coach our staff. You will work closely with both the husband-and-wife owners to keep the office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone loyal, smart, and invested in the success of the practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations: scheduling, patient flow, billing, and supplies
  • Supervise and coach staff to maintain high performance and teamwork
  • Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards
  • Support owners by solving problems and keeping operations smooth
  • Assist with payroll, budgeting, and vendor coordination
Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and ability to coach staff
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Loyal, trustworthy, and professional
  • Quick learner, able to adapt in a busy pediatric office
  • Medical office experience helpful but not required
