EATaliano Kitchen Bar at The Battery is now hiring a dedicated Assistant Manager that will lead, educate, motivate, and energize the team by delivering exceptional and unforgettable guest experiences to every guest every time! EATaliano Kitchen Bar is an established and growing restaurant group with more opportunities to come.

Requirement:

• Strong personal and professional integrity.
• Passion for hospitality and interacting with Guests.
• An affinity to attract, lead, develop, recognize, and retain the best hospitality talent.
• Manage, lead and mentor Staff.
• Responsible for Team performance / morale, productivity, and energy.
• Exceptionally service oriented.
• Previous experience in high-volume, high-end establishments.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand & be on your feet for 8-10 hours.
• Demonstrate a positive example. No consumption of alcohol.

EATaliano Kitchen Bar is located in the lively atmosphere of The Battery Atlanta. With beautiful modern dining room and al fresco dining, featuring a custom reclaimed-wood bar, welcoming patio, and communal tables, EATaliano Kitchen aims to provide an exceptional experience for all guests.

· Pay: $18 - $20 per hour plus overtime.
