* Performs other administrative duties as assigned by the PM.

* Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel for all site employees to include hotel bookings, flights, and
transportation.
* Responsible for Electronic Records Management files in accordance with Government regulations.
* Organize meetings to include scheduling and organizing catering when necessary.
* Process travel vouchers; itemize receipts, taxes, calculations, and signatures in compliance with DoD
regulations for all site employees.
* Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion in relation
to the business.
* Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
* Calendar management for Program Manager and Director of Maintenance.
* Develop internal processes and filing systems.
* Will be in direct contact with government leadership.
* Duties in support of Human Resources operations may include, but are not limited to:
* Employee personnel matters
* Compensation and payroll information
* Medical and leave-related information
* Employee relations matters and investigations
* Disciplinary actions
* Hiring, termination, and staffing information
* Protected personal information
* Company business records and operational information
* Additional duties as required.
Job Summary:
M1 Support Services' Administrative Assistant will support program management and act as a
liaison with M1's home office administrative, HR, and accounting teams.

Qualifications and Experience:
* High School or equivalent, college degree preferred.
* Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Day shift position but flexibility to work other hours on occasion a must.
* Must deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
* Must have proficient computer skills in Word/Excel/Outlook/Access/Power Point and Adobe Acrobat.
* Attention to detail and superior organizational skills required.
* Experience and knowledge of the administrative duties for supporting government contracts is
highly desirable.

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
* Ability to keep company confidence is a must.
Working Conditions:
* Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting within an aircraft maintenance facility.
* Regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and filing
cabinets.
* Occasional lifting of office supplies, packages, or documentation materials up to 25 pounds.
* Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
* Normal work schedule is Monday through Friday; may occasionally require extended hours to
meet critical deadlines.
