Travel Possible Job Summary: M1 is looking for a Workload Control Specialist Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Establishes priorities and dispatches specialists to maintenance jobs. * Maintains close coordination between maintenance activities. * Maintains constant radio contact with flightline vehicles dispatching specialists. * Maintains control and status boards and keeps accurate internal records as required. * Provides information and reports as required to the wing or higher headquarters. * Uses CAMS and/or IMDS for status reporting. Provides link between contractor, base security and emergency response activities. * May be occasionally required to perform duties of lesser skill classification. Qualifications and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent is required; mathematics skills are desirable. * Must speak, read, write, and understand English with the ability to interpret technical data and special operating instructions in the same language. * Must be able to obtain and maintain clearance if required. * Must be able to, if required, obtain and maintain a government driver's license. * May be required to work in other work sections throughout the contract where individual possesses required experience, training, and/or certifications. * Member must demonstrate/possess a strong willingness and desire to learn. * Current US Driver's license required. Working Conditions: * Must be physically capable of performing all assigned duties. * Environment ranges from office to hangar and flight line and requires extensive climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
