MR TRANS LLC is looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our on-site team. The primary focus of this position will be booking profitable loads, keeping trucks moving, and managing shipments from pickup through delivery.

📍 Location: On-site

🕗 Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Book loads for company trucks through load boards, brokers, and direct customers.
• Search daily for the best-paying and most profitable loads.
• Negotiate rates with brokers and customers to maximize revenue.
• Plan loads based on truck location, availability, equipment, and preferred lanes.
• Minimize empty miles and maximize truck utilization.
• Monitor drivers and shipments from pickup through delivery.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers.
• Manage appointment times and resolve transportation issues.
• Track loads and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure all load information is communicated accurately.
• Handle delays, breakdowns, appointment changes, and other transportation issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of booked loads, rate confirmations, appointments, and delivery information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous trucking dispatch experience is required.
• Strong experience booking loads and negotiating rates.
• Knowledge of load boards and the U.S. freight market.
• Ability to identify profitable loads and lanes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, motivated, and results-oriented.
