Job description
Join Lytegen as a Sales Lead and play a key role in driving our sales team towards success. In this leadership position, you will oversee sales operations, mentor team members, and develop strategies that align with our business goals. You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to sales representatives.
