Role Description

This is an independent contractor remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Luxe Realty. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting luxury residential and commercial properties throughout Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. Day-to-day responsibilities include networking with clients, showing properties, negotiating deals, managing transactions, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with developers and buyers. Candidates will ensure a smooth and transparent process for all parties involved while maintaining the company’s high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in real estate transactions, property showings, and deal negotiations.
• Strong sales, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in market research and real estate software or tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage property listings and transactions efficiently.
• Self-motivation and a results-driven approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with the Pune real estate market and connections with developers is a key advantage.
• Background in sales, business, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant real estate licensing or certifications are required.
