Unlike traditional POS providers, CINDER-OS combines point-of-sale, payment processing, inventory management, customer relationship management, employee tools, reporting, marketing solutions, and business automation into a single platform.

Our mission is to help merchants run their entire business from one system while reducing complexity and increasing profitability.

We serve retail stores, smoke shops, salons, hospitality businesses, specialty retailers, and growing multi-location merchants across the United States.

The Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated Remote Sales Representatives to help expand the CINDER-OS merchant network nationwide.

This is a commission-only position designed for sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential and are comfortable prospecting, demonstrating software, and closing deals.

You will be responsible for introducing business owners to the CINDER-OS platform, conducting demonstrations, identifying merchant needs, and converting prospects into active customers.

Compensation Structure

Virtual Demonstrations

  • Earn 20% commission on every sale closed through a virtual demonstration.

In-Person Demonstrations

  • Earn 50% commission on every sale closed through an in-person demonstration.

What You'll Sell

This is a consultative sales role where you'll help business owners improve operations, reduce costs, and streamline day-to-day management.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Contact business owners through phone, email, social media, and referrals
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations
  • Present customized solutions based on merchant needs
  • Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
  • Close new merchant accounts
  • Build long-term business relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
