About the Role

LuciGold is looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business. LuciGold designs, sells, and installs innovative access and egress solutions for homes and businesses, with products ranging from custom bulkhead doors and hidden deck hatches to roof hatches, and other specialty solutions.

This is a hands-on administrative and coordination role that touches several parts of the business, including customer communication, estimates, scheduling, CRM management, production tracking, and general office support.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning about new processes and products, communicates well, stays organized, and can keep track of many small moving pieces without letting things fall through the cracks. This is a hands-on administrative and coordination role that involves regular communication with customers by both phone and email, so being comfortable picking up the phone, having professional conversations, and following up with customers is an important part of the position. 

Many of the processes for this position are already documented, and training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

This role supports the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of LuciGold, helping keep customer communication, projects, production, and internal systems organized and moving forward.

• Manage incoming customer inquiries and routine customer communication
• Coordinate estimate follow-ups and maintain customer records
• Provide administrative and scheduling support to the owner
• Track projects through production and keep internal systems up to date
• Assist with installation scheduling, deliveries, and project logistics
• Maintain project files, fabrication documentation, and production records
• Support invoicing coordination and other project-related administration
• Support the office team with data entry, organization, and general administrative needs
• Help identify and follow up on outstanding tasks to keep projects moving

• Is comfortable working in a small-business environment where priorities can shift

Experience

• Previous experience in office administration, operations coordination, customer service, project coordination, or a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Experience with CRM software, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office/Excel, scheduling systems, or project management software is helpful but not required. Training will be provided on LuciGold's specific systems and processes.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, home improvement, or a related industry is a plus, but not required.
