Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. The Human Resources Generalist will play a critical role in supporting our mission to create an engaging workplace for all employees.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage employee evaluation processes to enhance performance and development.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives within the company.
  • Provide guidance on best practices.
  • Utilize HRIS for data collection and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; or related experience .
  • Proven experience in Human Resources or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems such as Paycom.
  • Excellent strategic planning and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and improve processes for efficiency.
