We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; or related experience .
• Proven experience in Human Resources or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems such as Paycom.
• Excellent strategic planning and supervisory skills.
• Ability to analyze data and improve processes for efficiency.
