Certification Details
- Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist position at Lower Keys Medical Center in Key West, Florida.
- Role involves providing cardiopulmonary services including assisting physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures, delivery of medicated aerosols, airway maintenance, ventilator management, insertion of arterial lines, intubations, pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gases.
- Must be comfortable independently working with NICU and pediatric patients.
- Charting system used is Medhost.
Job Details
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Must hold Florida RRT or CRT license.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP.
- AHCA certification required for Florida placements.
Job Requirements
- Night shift: 7 PM to 7 AM, 3 shifts of 12 hours each, no block.
- 36 hours per week.
Schedule Information
- Must be comfortable independently working with NICU patients.
- Pediatric experience is acceptable.
Unit Specific Information
- Must have reviewed potential housing and housing costs with traveler prior to submission.
