Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess clients' mental health, strengths, and resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and intervention strategies, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Execute crisis interventions and risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being, providing immediate support during critical situations.
  • Generate accurate and timely documentation that adheres to all ethical and legal standards, using our electronic health record system to maintain organized client files.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups, providing valuable information and resources to clients and their families.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals of all ages experiencing a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other related conditions. As an LCSW, you will engage with a diverse group of clients, offering tailored support that promotes healing and resilience. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits
