Now Hiring: Licensed Mental Health Professional - Rural Communities Surround Woodward and Ellis county
Starting Pay: $25.00/hr | Part-Time | Faith-Based Nonprofit

We're looking for a passionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team. If you're driven by purpose, dependable, experience in acute care settings, trauma recovery, and an advanced knowledge of the human mind this role may be a good fit for you.
Your Impact: What You'll Do
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
  • Complete bio-psycho-social assessments and develop diagnostic summaries.
  • Create, monitor, and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the care team.
  • Advocate for clients to ensure their needs are met and progress is supported.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries (within 7 days).
  • Monitor client mental status and communicate updates to the treatment team.
  • Collaborate with internal staff and external partners (e.g., Human Services, CASA, courts) and provide progress reports as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, agency meetings, and client-specific case reviews.
  • Communicate regularly with the Clinical Director to address client and program needs.
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Travel regionally at least 25% of the time and statewide as needed to provide services.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Knowledgeable in therapy modalities (individual, group, family), assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Familiar with or willing to learn all Circle of Care programs and services.
  • Mission-driven and committed to serving children and families.
  • Physically able to navigate stairs and lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • You must be willing to travel.

What You Bring
Required:
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) or under supervision
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to pass required background checks, DOT check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening (per DHS requirements).
  • Valid Oklahoma driver's license with a good driving record.
