The Love Store, a leading romance retailer since 1999, is seeking experienced and motivated Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to join our growing Las Vegas area team. We’re looking for strong leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, 24-hour retail environment and can deliver results while creating a fun, professional atmosphere for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth performance within a 24-hour environment
• Drive sales, maintain high merchandising standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to meet and exceed goals
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and store performance metrics
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Uphold company policies and standards, including store cleanliness, safety, and compliance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of retail management or leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications
• Proven success in sales management, leadership, and staff development
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexible schedule, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Verifiable previous employment history
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour environment
• Drug-free workplace – pre-employment screening may apply
