As an HVAC Technician, you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of HVAC systems, primarily within residential and commercial environments. Working within a small team, you will focus on split systems, packaged units, geothermal systems, and mini splits, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction without the need for frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including split systems, packaged units, geothermal systems, and mini splits
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues accurately
• Repair HVAC equipment and replace defective parts
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Adhere to safety protocols during all tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC technology
• EPA Certification
• Proficiency in HVAC system diagnostics and refrigeration
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Knowledge of and commitment to safety protocols
