Loup is a specialist talent agency connecting exceptional product and design talent with high-growth companies across the US.

We’re building our first-ever Austin office and looking for an ambitious Recruiter to join our core team. You’ll work closely with the founder, help deliver for some of the most innovative startups in the country and play an important role in shaping Loup’s growth in Austin.

The Role

You’ll manage the recruitment process from initial candidate search through to placement, building trusted relationships and delivering an exceptional experience throughout.

You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own approach, access to modern AI-powered recruiting tools and the opportunity to grow alongside the company.

What You’ll Do

Source exceptional product, design and creative-technology talent

Conduct targeted outreach and build long-term candidate relationships

Screen candidates and understand their experience, ambitions and motivations

Manage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process

Partner with innovative US startups and understand what great talent looks like for each business

Use AI and modern recruiting tools to work intelligently and efficiently

Collaborate closely with Loup’s small, ambitious team

Help shape the culture and growth of our first Austin office

Who We’re Looking For

You could be an experienced recruiter ready for more ownership or a sharp, ambitious graduate looking to build a career in recruitment.

You’ll ideally be

Driven, resourceful and naturally proactive

An excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships

Organised and comfortable managing multiple searches

Curious about startups, technology and design

Comfortable adopting AI and new recruiting tools

Motivated by autonomy, progression and performance

Excited about joining a growing company at an early stage

Experience recruiting across product, design or creative technology would be a bonus, but it isn’t essential.
