Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate Line Cooks to join our team. As a Line Cook at Lot 54, you will prepare high-quality dishes following standard recipes, maintain a clean and organized station, and work efficiently during peak service hours.

Shift Availability:
We are actively hiring cooks across all shifts, including Breakfast/Lunch (morning/daytime prep and line work) and Dinner service (evening execution and close). Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Line Cooking: Prepare and execute food items according to Lot 54's recipes, presentation specs, and portion standards across all meal periods (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner).
• Station Setup & Break Down: Ensure your station is fully stocked, clean, and prepped ahead of service, and properly sanitized and stored at the end of your shift.
• Timing & Speed: Prep and execute dishes quickly and accurately during high-volume meal surges while maintaining high quality.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Follow strict health department regulations, food handling safety, labeling, rotation (FIFO), and proper storage procedures.
• Teamwork & Communication: Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff, dishwashers, and fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth ticket flow.
• Bring the Energy: Contribute to a positive, upbeat kitchen atmosphere and occasionally participate in fun, behind-the-scenes social media content, videos, and team showcases to highlight Lot 54's kitchen culture.
