Job description

Backed by leading investors ( Fifth Wall and Agility ) and operating at a critical inflection point, we’re not just building chargers, we’re building the infrastructure layer powering the next generation of transportation.
We are looking for aChannel Sales Directorto build and scale strategic partnerships that drive distribution and long-term revenue growth. This is not a traditional sales role. You will be responsible for creatingrepeatable, scalable channels, not just closing individual deals.
You’ll work directly with leadership to identify, structure, and execute partnerships across real estate, development, architecture, and energy ecosystems that position Loop as the preferred EV charging partner.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own Loop’schannel and partnership strategyacross key verticals (multifamily, developers, retail, hospitality, and more)
- Identify and securehigh-impact partnershipsthat unlock new distribution channels
- Structure and negotiatecomplex, multi-stakeholder agreements
- Developpreferred vendor relationshipswith developers, property owners, and design firms
- Create scalable programs that driverepeatable deal flow
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure successful execution and expansion
- Represent Loop in the market as a strategic partner, not just a vendor
Requirements:
- 7–12+ years of experience inpartnerships, channel sales, or business development
- Background in EV charging, energy, infrastructure, or adjacent industries strongly preferred
- Proven ability to navigatelong, complex sales cycleswith multiple stakeholders
- Experience working withreal estate developers, multifamily, or enterprise partnerships
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to structure creative, win-win partnerships
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with real ownership
