What You'll Do

• Execute full turf installations from base prep through final grooming: grading, compacting, laying, seaming, nailing, and infill
• Cut and fit turf to complex shapes, borders, and obstacles with precision
• Install bender board, steel edging, and concrete borders
• Operate plate compactors, power brooms, and standard install equipment
• Uphold Lone Star Turf's quality standards on every job
• Collaborate with crew members and contribute to a smooth, efficient job site

What We're Looking For

• Experience installing artificial turf (landscaping or hardscape background also considered)
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Central Texas
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Own basic hand tools: hammer, utility knife, seam roller, tape measure, chalk line, gloves
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes craftsmanship seriously
