We build AI sales training software for door-to-door companies. Roofing and pest control teams use our platform to drill their reps against an AI homeowner that fights back, so new guys stop learning on real doors. One client took their retail close rate from the low 20s to 36% in 8 weeks. We're a founder-led startup in Tempe, two brothers, revenue-positive, and growing on cold outbound.

That's where you come in.

What you'll actually do

• Cold call roofing and pest control owners from lists we build for you
• Run a proven script and call flow (you'll drill on our own AI trainer before you ever dial, we eat our own cooking)
• Qualify owners and book demos for the closing team
• Log every call and outcome in our system, your numbers are on a board and they're yours

Who does well here

• You've done D2D, retail sales, restaurant hustle, or anything where hearing "no" 50 times a day didn't break you
• You want to learn sales from people who knock doors, not a corporate training binder
• You're coachable, competitive, and you show up
• Tempe/Phoenix area, this is in-person with the team
