What You’ll Do

• Provide expert-level knowledge of our upscale Tex-Mex menu, including premium tequilas/mezcals, craft cocktails, and wine pairings.
• Guide guests through their meal with a focus on pacing and storytelling.
• Collaborate with our Service Leads and Kitchen team to ensure every plate is perfect.
• Maintain a pristine dining environment, ensuring the \fine dining\ standards are met even during the busiest shifts.
• Handle financial transactions with 100% accuracy and integrity.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume or upscale environment is preferred, but a \hospitality-first\ attitude is non-negotiable.
• Knowledge: A passion for great food and a willingness to become a Tex-Mex and Tequila expert.
• Spirit: A \Team-First\ mentality. We don't do \not my table\ here.
• Reliability: Valid TABC and Food Handler certifications, and a schedule that reflects your commitment.
