We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for our manufacturing facility. The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment within the facility. This role focuses on implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, improving equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with production, sales, and safety teams to minimize downtime and maintain optimal manufacturing operations.

Competencies

Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting abilities

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Understanding of industrial equipment such as motors, PLCs, pumps, hydraulics, and robotics

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

Knowledge of CMMS software and maintenance documentation practices

Strong communication and collaboration skills
