We’re searching for a skilled and motivated Lead Mechanic who can tackle complex troubleshooting and repairs, including welding and fabrication. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, helping us keep our equipment safe, reliable, and running smoothly.

What your day looks like as a Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in crane, heavy equipment, or industrial maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, with experience in PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from schematics, service manuals, and technical drawings.
• Solid working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Valid driver’s license required, with ability to meet company insurability standards.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card.
• Strong communication skills in English required; bilingual English/Spanish is an asset.
