Connected Logistics is seeking a Chief KM Architect to support Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM), digital modernization, business intelligence, application development, and organizational transformation supporting USSOCOM. The Chief KM Architect will align KM activities with leader priorities and mission requirements and advance the four mission-critical KM outcomes of decision cycle effectiveness, shared understanding, mission and organizational performance, and agile learning.


The Chief KM Architect shall serve as the senior strategic advisor for USSOCOM enterprise KM strategy, governance, and maturity, alignment across HQ/Components, to provide standards and best practices for collaboration, storage, sharing, use, reuse, and disposition of knowledge products. This individual will have the authority to make decisions on behalf of Connected Logistics in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource issues. The Chief KM Architect shall travel, as needed, to other Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations as needed to support this BPA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the Joint Lessons Learned Program and contribute information (e.g.,observations, best practices, issues, and recommendations) applicable to and derived from execution of the KM Program and activities, as appropriate, which improve joint activities, capabilities, and readiness.
  • Coordinate with data management (DM), information management (IM), and records management (RM) offices and teams to maximize sharing and provisioning of knowledge and optimize knowledge, information, data, and decision-making environments and staff synchronization.
  • Manage user-facing aspects of collaborative tools and technology, and develop, implement, and manage training for collaborative tools and technology that supports their use and improves organizational processes.
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the assigned customer organization. Coordinate day-to-day execution of contract activities and support delivery of program objectives.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with military, government civilian, and contractor personnel.
  • Support implementation and sustainment of enterprise knowledge management strategies, processes, and governance initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration, information sharing, and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
  • Coordinate meetings, working groups, training events, and customer engagements.
  • Monitor performance, identify risks and issues, and support development of mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, status updates, and other program documentation. Support organizational change, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, security requirements, and organizational policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years’ experience, and/or equivalent combination of education, military service, and professional experience.
  • Experience supporting Department of War, Combatant Command, Service Component, Special Operations, Joint, or other complex federal environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience coordinating teams, stakeholders, and mission activities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, developing reports, and interacting with senior leaders.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced and dynamic operational environments.
  • Experience supporting Knowledge Management, Information Management, Program Management, Organizational Change Management, Collaboration Technologies, or related mission support functions.
  • Experience supporting USSOCOM, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), Service Components, Combatant Commands, or Joint organizations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, collaboration platforms, workflow modernization, or information-sharing environments.
  • Agile, ITIL, or similar professional certifications.
  • Willing and able to travel globally.


Clearance Requirement:

  • Must hold at minimum Active Secret (Top Secret with SCI eligibility preferred)


Total Rewards Statement

This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
