Rome Memorial Hospital in Rome, NY • 7on/7off hospitalist and nocturnists needed • 130 beds; 11 ICU Beds • Nocturnist work load: 3-4 admits per night • Subspecialty Support: Everything but Neurology and Neuro Surgery • Hospitalists run the codes • 6 doctor model (2 physicians during the day and 1 Nocturnist in-house at night) • Average census is 14-18 census per day • Open ICU • Intubation is required although they rarely will have to intubate • Will take IM, FP with experience • EMR is McKesson
