Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service/Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This role combines essential customer service responsibilities with hands-on warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and excellent client interactions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to support both logistics and customer satisfaction goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop versatile skills within a collaborative and growth-oriented company.
Duties Include:

• Process customer orders by phone, in person and email
• Shipping/receiving and load delivery trucks
• Data Entry
• Ensure incoming product counts are accurate and product is in good condition.
• Perform cycle counts as directed by Inventory Specialist and work to resolve discrepancies.
• Operate forklift, when needed
• Answer incoming calls and address customer questions related to product information, pricing, etc.
Experience is a plus but not required. However, we are looking for someone who:
• Has proven customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Has excellent organizational, math, and grammar skills
• Has strong typing and computer skills
• QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
• Pays attention to detail
• Can work along-side coworkers at all levels of the company
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
