Local Real Estate Office

We are a well-established (30+ years) boutique residential real estate and home services business in the Bethesda/Potomac area. We are currently seeking driven, tech-savvy assistants to join our team this summer. While this position begins as a summer trial, there is a strong possibility for the right candidate to transition into a permanent, ongoing role with our team. Depending on your skillset, you will focus on either real estate marketing operations or multimedia production.

Job Title: Marketing & Media Production Assistant (Summer / Trial Basis / Full)

Location: Bethesda/Potomac Area (In-office with some telecommute flexibility)

Compensation: $18.00 - $40.00/hr (1099 Independent Contractor - you will be responsible for your own taxes) + Project Bonuses, Gas Reimbursement, and Meals Provided

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, create, and execute marketing campaigns across online, direct mail, print, and social media channels.
• Conduct customer service follow-ups and phone outreach; excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
• Utilize fundamental marketing and branding techniques to generate and nurture leads.

Media Production Responsibilities

• Take original content concepts and ideas provided to you, and assist in the detailed planning, scripting, and production of educational YouTube videos.
• Edit video content internally, or confidently coordinate with freelance video editors to oversee project completion.
• Manage our social media platforms and digital presence.

Requirements:

• Local Knowledge: You must have a strong familiarity with Montgomery County (specifically Southern Montgomery: Rockville, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and surrounding areas). Understanding the strategic points of interest in this area is critical for our marketing.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to the office is required.
• Experience: We are looking for candidates with 2–5 years of professional working experience, though driven college students majoring in Marketing, Advertising, or Film/Media are also strongly encouraged to apply for an internship.
