Job description
Installs, maintains and repairs the roofs of commercial and residential buildings. Installs new roofing systems and repairs existing systems,
Inspect roofing surfaces and make suggestions regarding appropriate repairs
Remove algae, moss, sticks and other debris from commercial and residential roofs
Install insulation, shingles, shakes, slate tiles and other materials according to the manufacturer instructions
Install new roofing systems or make repairs based on owners’ budgets and aesthetic preferences
Follow local building codes related to pitch and other roof characteristics
