LoanCater is looking for an honest, intelligent, collaborative, and highly motivated Sales Development Representative. You’ll connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, and create qualified opportunities for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers by phone, email, and social media.
• Ask thoughtful questions and explain LoanCater’s value clearly.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
• Meet outreach and opportunity goals.
• Collaborate with the team and apply feedback.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-service experience is required.
• Experience in bartending, restaurants, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role is welcome.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Honest, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Intelligent, curious, and comfortable solving problems.
• Collaborative and receptive to coaching.
• Driven, resilient, and motivated by goals.
• Sales or CRM experience is helpful but not required.
• This is a commission only role
