Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist at Living Gracefully!

Are you passionate about helping others live their best lives? At Living Gracefully in Phoenix, AZ, and surrounding areas are dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve independence and improve their quality of life. We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful difference every day.

What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist at Living Gracefully, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients on their journey to improved health and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing clients’ needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Guiding clients through therapeutic activities to help them regain or enhance daily living skills.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of client evaluations and progress.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional who brings both expertise and empathy to their work. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure in Arizona.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and their support networks.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
