Work Environment

This role will primarily operate in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while still maintaining connections with a diverse range of professionals in our outpatient office. Here, therapists collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each client's needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, ensuring the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that respond to the unique challenges and goals of each client, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions while utilizing various evidence-based approaches to assist clients in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to guarantee a holistic and integrative approach to the mental health care provided.
• Educate and support clients' families by offering resources and guidance to foster understanding and engage them in their loved one's recovery.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records that comply with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse demographic, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, creating a rich tapestry of experiences that enhance the therapeutic process. As a mental health counselor, you will be instrumental in helping these individuals navigate their challenges, thereby promoting resilience and recovery.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or Doctor of Psychology.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Specialized training or significant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic methodologies.
• Proven expertise in evidence-based practices for addressing a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and motivate clients through their recovery process.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and credentials.
