About the Role:
Join Lives Without Limits as a Direct Support Staff member, where you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities. Your compassion and dedication will help create a supportive environment that fosters independence and growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to enhance well-being.
  • Implement individualized care plans tailored to each person's needs.
  • Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement.
  • Document daily activities and progress in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all clients.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and training.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
