The Dental Assistant will support the dentist during procedures, ensure patient comfort, maintain a clean and organized environment, and handle administrative tasks when necessary. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care.

Job Description

● Preparing the treatment/clinical area;
● Update general patient charting with documentation in a timely manner
● Establish a rapport with all patients and validate treatment recommendations made by the doctor
● Other duties as assigned by team leader and department leader
● Assist Provider with procedures and tasks as needed
● Recording data on patient’s record or chart as directed by the Dentist;

Salary Range

Full-time $18 - $23 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• Basic life support

● High School Diploma.
● Minimum of 6 months approved chair side experience as a dental assistant.
● BLS Certified (Must have before start date)
● Preferred Graduate from an Accredited Dental Assistant Program/School
● Experience with EMR (electronic medical records) and medical terminology
