We are expanding our over-the-road division and hiring experienced Class A CDL company drivers to run dedicated lanes and direct customer freight out of the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest. Compensation & Financial Benefits:

  • Strong Mileage Pay: Earn up to $0.65 CPM based on your verifiable experience.
  • High Earning Potential: Consistent miles and dedicated freight allow top-performing drivers to make up to $106,000 per year.
  • Zero Upfront Costs: Absolutely No Escrow or security deposits required for company drivers.

Routes & Home Time:

  • Dedicated Lanes & Direct Customers: Consistent freight running out of GA, TX, NJ, OH, NY, TN, WI, and NE.
  • Schedule: Minimum 3 weeks out on the road followed by 3 full days of home time.
  • Compliance: Friendly, flexible ELD configuration.


Premium Equipment (Kenworth T680 - 2023 Fleet):

  • Fully Loaded Cab: Double bunk layout with an integrated bunk heater, premium 2000-watt power inverter, and a factory-installed microwave/fridge setup.
  • Idle Comfort: Equipped with a Thermo King APU to keep you comfortable during rest breaks without wasting fuel.

Hiring Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid, current Class A CDL and an up-to-date DOT physical.
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR commercial driving experience.
  • Clean safety and compliance background: No positive drug or alcohol tests on record.
