BMW of Minnetonka is looking for a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. As the face of our service department, you'll play a vital role in delivering the premium ownership experience BMW customers expect while building lasting relationships and trust.

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll act as the primary point of contact between our customers and service team, ensuring every guest receives a transparent, professional, and seamless service experience.

• Greet customers and accurately identify vehicle concerns and maintenance needs
• Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians throughout the repair process
• Create detailed repair orders and service estimates
• Present maintenance recommendations and repair needs clearly and professionally
• Verify warranty coverage and administer manufacturer warranty claims when applicable
• Keep customers informed on repair progress, completion timelines, and costs
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
• Help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

What You Bring

• 1 or more years of previous Service Advisor experience
• 1 or more years experience as an automotive technician a plus.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• 1 year of mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes $41,092.00-$120,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
