Listing Ready Cleaning is hiring reliable PART-TIME cleaners for short-term rental turnovers in Downtown Austin! Work alongside our team lead and founder (Carolina) in 2-person cleaner teams. High potential for expanded hours as we grow!

All 5 units are in the EXACT SAME building—zero driving between jobs!

PROPERTY & JOB DETAILS:

Location: Downtown Austin (All 5 units in 1 building)

Size & Speed: ~1,500 sq ft (3 Bed / 2 Bath) — Must complete each unit in 1.5 hours max

Team: 2 cleaners + 1 lead/supervisor + Carolina (Owner)

Schedule: Part-Time (~20–25 turns/month) - Sundays required

PAY & PERKS:

Pay Rate: $25.00 / hour per person (Paid Weekly)

Perks: 20 hours of Paid Vacation (PTO) after 1 year of service

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST have prior Airbnb, VRBO, or hotel cleaning experience to apply

Ability to work fast and efficiently in a 2-person team

Reliable transportation to Downtown Austin

Legally authorized to work in the United States

¡Listing Ready Cleaning busca personal de limpieza de MEDIO TIEMPO para departamentos de renta corta en el centro de Austin! Trabaje en equipos de 2 personas junto a nuestra supervisora y la dueña (Carolina). ¡Gran oportunidad de aumentar horas a medida que crecemos!

Las 5 propiedades están EN EL MISMO EDIFICIO—sin necesidad de manejar entre trabajos.

DETALLES DEL TRABAJO:

Ubicación: Downtown Austin (Las 5 unidades en el mismo edificio)

Tamaño y Tiempo: ~1,500 sq ft (3 Hab / 2 Baños) — Cada unidad se debe limpiar en un máximo de 1 hora y 30 minutos

Equipo: 2 limpiadores + 1 supervisora + Carolina (Dueña)

Horario: Medio tiempo (~20–25 limpiezas al mes) - Se requiere domingos

PAGO Y BENEFICIOS:

Sueldo: $25.00 por hora por persona (Pago semanal)

Beneficios: 20 horas de vacaciones pagadas al cumplir 1 año

REQUISITOS:

OBLIGATORIO: Tener experiencia previa limpiando Airbnbs, hoteles o rentas vacacionales

Capacidad para trabajar rápido y eficiente en equipos de 2 personas

Transporte confiable para llegar al centro de Austin

Autorización legal para trabajar en Estados Unidos
